When potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava, and other agricultural products are used to produce starch, starchy residue is created as a byproduct. This residue is high in moisture, has a heavy viscosity, and when dried using conventional methods at high temperatures, results in slag starch. Drying temperature is low, the moisture cannot be dried below 15% at any time, dryer sticky wall, gelatinization, agglomeration, and drying equipment cannot do normal production, which will impair customer interest. Gelatinization chemical reaction, dextrin clogging material particles pores, water evaporation does not come out, the particles surface turned yellowish black, “outside the coke within the soft”, a serious impact on the sale of dry residue.
