• An automatic feeder flattens the raw materials to a thickness of around 5 cm, aiding the dewatering process.
• Raw materials are washed before arriving at the first set of pressing and dewatering rollers, where 0.35Mpa of pressure is placed.
• When the material reaches the second set of dewatering and squeezing rollers, the pressure is changed to 0.4 Mpa.
• The pressure is adjusted to 0.5Mpa when the material reaches the third set of pressing and dewatering rollers.
• The material’s EC value dropped to less than 0.4 and its moisture content dropped to about 55% after three rounds of roller pressing and dehydration.
