Kerone Coal Steam Type Rotary Dryer has emerged with a new technology, it is a specialized variant of a rotary dryer that utilizes steam generated from coal combustion as a heat source for drying materials. This approach had potentially offer advantages in terms of energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness due to the utilization of coal-derived steam.
Indirect heat transfer is used as the principle for a coal steam type rotary dryer. Kerone Industrial dryer uses steam as a medium for heat transfer, instead of direct contact with hot gases and material to be dried.
The conduct oil heat (steam) drying drum dryer belongs to the indirect heating mode, the heat conduction oil or steam drying heat, and this type of dryer has low energy consumption of drying, the safety drying method, the material is not affected by heat source pollution, etc. These dryers are frequently used in the biomass, food, feed, fertiliser, bad slag chemical industry, medicine, coal, mining, and various tiny particles or weakly caking dry powder material industries.
